Bring a plain hat to decorate - we recommend a wide-brimmed straw sun hat - and any ribbons, flowers, feathers, etc you want. We'll have photos for inspiration, glue and other supplies, and people to help.
Additional hat trims, and materials for signs and banners, will be available by donation.
